Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving residential sales by providing tailored HVAC solutions, building strong customer relationships, and representing our client's brand with professionalism. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering outstanding comfort and energy solutions to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with residential clients.

Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions

Prepare, present, and follow up on sales proposals

Close sales and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through events, trade shows, and referrals

Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and available consumer rebates

Accurately maintain records in CRM and internal reporting systems

Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely manner

Collaborate with colleagues and marketing teams to improve processes and align campaigns

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales (HVAC or home improvement industry experience is an asset)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus

Minimum Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary in business/sales preferred

Valid G-Class Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle

Compensation
