Office Coordinator
with
HVAC office experience
and
digital marketing skills
to support our Markham office.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Answer phone calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate technician routes
Prepare invoices, service agreements, and follow up on payments
Maintain customer records and manage CRM system input
Order parts and track inventory
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
Digital Marketing Support
Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok optional)
Assist with email marketing and seasonal promotions
Update website offers and online business listings
Encourage and manage customer Google Reviews and online presence
Help design basic marketing materials for promotions.
Qualifications:
HVAC office or dispatch experience required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM or service scheduling platforms (e.g., Jobber, Housecall, Service Titan)
Basic digital marketing or social media content experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
On-site at Markham office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
