Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Design Engineer with minimum of 5 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, building HVAC, piping, plumbing systems and be proficient in various design software. This role involves creating innovative designs and solutions that meet project specifications while ensuring functionality and efficiency.

Duties

Develop and draft detailed design in HVAC, piping and plumbing systems for commercial and telecommunication buildings. Collaborate with engineering teams to execute system design projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Conduct thorough mechanical knowledge assessments to ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations. Document design processes, changes, and specifications for future reference.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Proficiency in CAD software is essential. Strong understanding of building mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, plumbing, controls, and system design principles. Previous experience in drafting and creating detailed engineering documents is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
