Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Counter Supervisor to lead our team in offering HVAC counter sales. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively provide exceptional service to our clients, manage projects and ensure compliance standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems including fabricated custom sheet metal and HVAC equipment that heating and cooling mechanical contractors need to operate their growing businesses.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC counter team. Provide customer with excellent service in getting the right product for the job and sharing your knowledge Handle telephone inquiries Ensure that the shelves are fully stocked with product for re-sale Look after customer Disputed/Complaints Train team members on best practices for HVAC products and equipments. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC counter supervisor or in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities. Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to serve contractors, installers and the general public Familiarity with HVAC schematics and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work well with other co-workers, supervisors and management in a busy work Environment

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

SHIFT:

Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm or 7.30 to 4.30pm

2 Saturdays/month, 8am-12pm

Reliable means of transportation to work is required.
