Position Overview:

The Service Supervisor is responsible for supporting technicians in the field, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely, maintaining high standards of customer service, and performing advanced-level service duties. This role offers a blend of leadership and technical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform service duties on HVAC and hydronics systems across the Maximum client portfolio Supervise and support HVAC service technicians Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and field assistance Ensure work is completed to company standards and manufacturer requirements Work with management and administrative staff to review service reports, invoices, and documentation for accuracy and completeness Monitor technician productivity, job quality, and customer satisfaction Train, coach, and mentor technicians to improve performance and skills Enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices Communicate with customers to resolve escalated service issues Work closely with management to improve processes and service efficiency

Qualifications:

Journeyperson Refrigeration & AC Mechanic with advanced commercial service experience, including makeup air systems, hydronics and large-scale HVAC systems. Gasfitter(A) ticket would be an asset Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and service methods. Ability to read technical documents and navigate complex technical issues. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $57.00-$61.00 per hour
