What You'll Be Doing:

Scheduling & Coordination

You'll be the master planner--scheduling service appointments, dispatching the right techs for the right jobs, and mapping out efficient routes like a logistics wizard.

Customer Service Superstar

Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line! You'll handle phone calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure every customer feels valued and heard.

Team Connector

Act as the crucial bridge between technicians and customers--providing remote support, guidance, and seamless communication that keeps the gears turning.

Emergency Response Ninja

Got an urgent call? You'll prioritize and act fast, dispatching technicians with lightning speed to tackle HVAC emergencies.

Admin Pro

From ordering parts and managing maintenance plans to equipment registration, warranty assistance, scheduling cleanings, and even helping out with A/R--your fingerprints will be all over the operations that make us shine.

What You Bring to the Table:

? Solid knowledge of the HVAC industry--especially from an administrative perspective
? Poise and professionalism under pressure (especially when phones are ringing off the hook)
? Strong communication skills--you're clear, confident, and courteous
? Highly organized and flexible--you roll with the punches and love a challenge
? Time management skills that keep you ahead of the game
? A+ computer skills--you're comfortable with software, databases, and digital tools

8:30am-5:00pm
