The Role

Job costing, organize and schedule job materials for residential and small commercial jobs

Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents to create estimates Project coordination including anticipating, understanding and responding to the needs of management and other clients to meet or exceed their expectations Quantity take-offs, material price lists updating, ordering materials and rental equipment. Support project managers to ensure success of projects Maintain files of working documents to substantiate the estimate Proactively seeking new work Assists with bid document control by documenting, organizing, and archiving all information relating to the estimate for successful transfer to the project team.

Qualifications

A recognized degree/diploma construction or engineering from an accredited university or college Ability to read and interpret blueprints Working knowledge of estimating software and a strong aptitude for adapting to new technology.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
