What You'll Be Doing

Meeting homeowners and helping them choose the right heating & cooling solutions. Building trust, educating customers, and closing deals with confidence. Following up on leads generated by our marketing team and service department. Driving performance, hitting targets, and setting new records every month.

What We're Looking For

A closer.Someone who lives for the rush of the deal. Proven experience in HVAC, home comfort, or in-home sales -- or just raw sales talent with a drive to learn. Strong communication, empathy, and confidence. Valid driver's licence and clean record. A mindset that says: "Good enough" is never good enough.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
