We are looking for an Human Resources Technician ( 4 days a week)



Reporting to the Vice-President, People & Organization, this person supports the People and Organization team in all matters requiring an administrative process, administrative follow-up, data entry, report production, finalization of a presentation, or administrative follow-up with employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain information required by the human resources information system; Support the recruitment process by performing certain administrative tasks; Act as a point of contact for payroll production; Act as a point of contact for employees for all employment confirmation requests or similar requests; Update company organizational charts; Draft documents, letters, policies, presentations, etc. in both French and English; Conduct rigorous follow-ups on employee files (maternity, paternity, work stoppage, work permits, etc.); Collect and analyze data related to identified HR indicators; Coordinate HR training sessions, informational lunch meetings, or presentations; Support the People and Culture team in the deployment of various projects; Perform all other tasks required by the function.

Required Profile:

College degree in Administration ( DEC) 3 to 5 years of corporate experience in HR or payroll functions Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures Impeccable French and very good English Excellent communication and writing skills Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Very good experience with an HRIS Excellent work organization Rigor, attention to detail and autonomy Speed of execution

Specificity:

On-site position with flexible hours 4-day/week position (32 hours)
