The Human Resources System Analyst will primarily be responsible for managing incidents and will be the first line of support for the user community. Training of end users will be required.
The Human Resources System will be responsible for creating, updating, and assigning SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll) and WorkForce authorizations. They will also be responsible for both the internal and external SuccessFactors audit ensuring Agnico Eagle adheres to SOX controls.
This will take a solid understanding of SuccessFactors, understanding integration points and knowledge of our business processes. The position requires effective communication and organizational skills.
The role will provide ongoing support, drives continuous improvements, play a key role for upgrades, and work on design and implementations of new projects as required.
