Work collaboratively and support a Human Resources team across multiple businesses.
Develop and deliver HR programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement.
Ensure data integrity and utilization of dashboards to provide data driven decisions.
Support the recruitment lifecycle, including posting requisitions & screening candidates.
Liaise between candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
Understand the HR systems and recommend appropriate optimizations.
Various administrative duties and special assignments as required.
Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Business Administration Degree Program
Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Operations
In positive academic standing - Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be team-oriented and an independent self-starter
Experience in gathering and presenting data insights through visualizations
