Job Description

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Co-op Student and gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR work. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to employee lifecycle management, recruitment, continuous improvement, and annual HR programs--all while learning from a collaborative and experienced team.

What You'll Do:



As an integral part of our HR team, you'll support a variety of initiatives, including:


Employee Lifecycle Support:

Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.

Recruitment Coordination:

Help post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidate communications.

Project & Initiative Support:

Contribute to HR projects focused on engagement, recognition, and process improvements.

HR Systems & Data:

Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks in our HR systems.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.

Annual HR Cycle Support:

Depending on the time of year, assist with programs and activities that support talent management and retention.

General Team Support:

Provide administrative and coordination support across the HR team as needed.

What You Bring:



Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Comfort with Microsoft Office and an interest in HR systems or data.
