Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Human Resources Student to join us at our office in Saint John, New Brunswick.

What You'll Do:



Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and recommending candidates Keep the applicant tracking system updated and ensure a positive candidate experience Act as the main point of contact for candidates, maintaining clear and professional communication Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews and gather feedback. Promote JDI Construction & Equipment Division as an employer of choice through events, social media, and job boards Support campus recruitment, job fairs, and marketing initiatives to attract top talent Contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and research projects to enhance efficiency Perform other tasks as assigned to support talent acquisition initiatives

What We're Looking For:



Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to build a career in this area Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers Exceptional attention to detail when managing candidate information and recruitment records Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement
