The Woodlands and Sawmill division are currently sourcing a motivated student to be part of our Human Resources team for the summer term (May-August) 2026. As a HR student you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and HR related activities that will give you an opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience.

Assist with a divisional improvement project to enhance onboarding and training by position, including job description and training standardization, new employee onboarding portal and Learning Management System.
Work collaboratively with team members from various departments on a variety of ad hoc requests
Assist with other HR related duties that arise
Lead and complete special projects
Various administrative tasks
Education Required: Business Administration/HR students available for Co-op or Winter work term and in good academic standing
Years of Experience Required: <2 years
Self-starter, attention to detail, punctual, consistent, and flexible to changing tasks
Goal oriented, demonstrate initiative, and enjoy working in a team environment
Demonstrated problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent typing abilities
