Position Title: Human Resources Specialist Location: Esterhazy, SK Start Date: Full Time Closing: Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired
Responsibilities:
- Processing employee\xe2\x80\x99s onboard/offboard benefits (RRSP, DPSP, Group Insurance) and ensure system accuracy in employee data
- Be the primary contact for HR benefits and drive a positive experience for the employees
- Collaborate with our payroll team on special cases (Bonus payouts, parental leave, vacation)
- Reconcile Group Insurance monthly invoices
- Drafting job posts, screening candidates, and communicating with both successful and unsuccessful candidates
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Provide HR administrative assistance as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
- Human Resources Degree or Diploma
- 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resources
- Understanding HR, ERP, payroll, and recruitment systems
- Service orientated and capable of communicating with staff at all levels
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
- High level of confidentiality
