Opportunity:

Human Resources - Recruitment & Retention Administrator


Full-Time, Permanent


Potential Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment plans in conjunction with management. Coordinate employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding as required by management. Facilitate and participate in all interviews; assist in hiring recommendations. Perform performance evaluations on all probationary employees in conjunction with supervisors and facilitate performance management plans/follow-up if necessary. Maintain current knowledge of all applicable legislation. Facilitate and promote effective relationships with other departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or other appropriate field preferred Minimum 3-year experience in the HR/Recruitment field Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allows one to work effectively with managers, potential candidates, employees etc. strong written and verbal communication skills Good training, coaching, and active listening skills organized self-starter and works well with little supervision and as part of a team comfortable in computerized environment, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and HRIS, knowledge of ADP Workforce Now an asset
