Digital Domain is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven

HR & Recruiting Coordinator

to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the VP of HR and partnering closely with the recruiting team, this role plays a key part in supporting our employees and helping drive a smooth, efficient hiring process across all North American locations.

What You'll DoHuman Resources Support



Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR files. Update HR and payroll systems with vacation, sick time, banked overtime, and hours worked. Prepare offer letters, employment verification letters, and internal HR memos. Support new hire orientation and onboarding. Assist HR and Legal with compliance reporting and ad-hoc tasks.

Recruiting Support



Source candidates through career sites and internal databases. Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit. Post job openings on internal/external career sites, including the company website. Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare recruitment reports and maintain interview/hiring records. Assist with logistics for recruiting events, job fairs, and conferences as needed. Support recruiters on various assigned tasks throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

What We're Looking For



Degree or diploma in Human Resources preferred. Minimum 2 years of HR-related experience. Working knowledge of local employment standards legislation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information with professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to prioritize in a fast-moving environment. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A self-starter with initiative, curiosity, and desire to learn. A collaborative teammate who values a positive, welcoming work culture.

Work Environment



Home & Office-based position with standard working hours; occasional additional hours may be required depending on production needs. Typical office movement such as sitting, walking, and bending.

Compensation



Range:

$20.00-$30.00 per hour
This reflects the range for British Columbia. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, internal equity, and other factors.
