Reporting to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to impact every area of human resources and become a member of the talented executive team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for multiple HR initiatives, including recruitment and staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, retention, health and safety, project management, and analytics/process improvement. The successful candidate must be fully vaccinated and able to complete a clear child welfare and criminal record check.
