Key responsibilities:



o Provide guidance and support to all staff on human resources administrative queries including


human resources policies and procedures


o Effective situation/conflict management, working closely with managers to ensure employee relations


issues are handled professionally and timely and to minimize risks to the business


o Produce reports - compensation, exit interviews, employee information, etc.


o Function as a liaison between Benefits/Payroll/IT and employees to advise on eligibility, coverage


and other matters


o Administer relocations across the region including drafting of relocation documentation and


management of relocation logistics


o Monitoring training needs and developing and managing employee training programs.


o Letters for contract extensions and coordination of the details


o Coordinating maternity leave benefits, explaining benefits and process to employees


o Short term and long-term disability process initiating claims, responding to employee queries


and tracking all leaves to provide status up to HRBP


o Ad hoc correspondence and reporting, as required (letters, retention statistics, meeting minutes,


agendas, presentations, etc.)


o Other duties as assigned





Requirements:



o 5-7 years HR experience


o Bachelor's degree


o Strong attention to detail


o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel


o Strong analytical skills


o Experience working with Workday and an Applicant Tracking System, considered a plus


o Client-service orientation supporting all levels of employees and executive management


o Demonstrated ability to develop relationships


o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


o Proactive and able to work independently - a self-starter
