What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. CPHR designation (nice to have, not a dealbreaker). 7-10 years of progressive HR experience across talent, compensation, HRIS, benefits, and employee relations. Experience supporting multinational teams. Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment laws and pay equity requirements. Deep expertise in HRIS, compensation frameworks, and salary benchmarking. Leadership that lifts others up--plus excellent coaching and communication skills. An analytical, organized mind with a knack for simplifying complexity. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

How You'll Make an Impact

Help lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing HR team in coordination with the director. Provide HR leadership across Canada, the U.S., and Australia--balancing compliance, culture, and business needs. Manage our pay structures, salary bands, and compensation programs. Oversee pay and employment equity programs and reporting in Canada and the U.S. Serve as our HRIS wizard, ensuring accurate data and smooth system performance. Support leaders with HR guidance, investigations, and employee relations. Keep our policies polished, consistent, and compliant. Drive HR projects, from policy updates to system upgrades to process improvements. Boost learning, development, engagement, and culture initiatives.
