Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
HR Manager is the point of reference for all Associate -related issues. This means that the key area of focus will be active involvement managing activities around:
Job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, Strategic Company initiatives, Succession planning and talent management.
This position is a key role important to overall business success. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of this position\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities. Our Homa Group HR Manager\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities are:
o Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring key roles are identified and staffed appropriately .
o Bridging Management and Associate relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
o Managing the recruitment and selection process.
o Develop and implement HR policy and ensure execution, and adherence are in place.
o Manage the overall recruitment and selection process, in collaboration with the Functional hiring managers .
o Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
o Nurture a positive collegiate working environment.
o Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
o Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
o Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
o Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
o Lead All employee Quarterly Meetings Requirements and skills
o Proven working experience as HR Manager people-oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems will be an asset.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR Best Practices.
Degree in Human Resources or related field. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:

Education:
