Evaluate daily operations Motivate staff Plan and control budget and expenditures Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations Establish and implement policies and procedures Oversee the classification and rating of occupations Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Manage contracts Manage training and development strategies Oversee the analysis of employee data and information Advise senior management Respond to employee questions and complaints Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers Oversee payroll administration Recruit and hire staff Conduct performance reviews Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Schedule and confirm appointments Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain and manage digital database Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Determine and establish office procedures and routines Work with minimal supervision Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Perform data entry Provide customer service Order office supplies and maintain inventory MS Office Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
