Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are searching for a HR Manager for a position in Mississauga, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers HR service and support to the Division.
- Works closely with other Department Managers to develop and implement correct policies and processes as well as the introduction of new initiatives and programs.
- Ensure smooth operation of the HR function for your part of the Operations.
- Provides ongoing coaching and counselling to managers in HR principles and practices for the effective management of employees.
- Gives advice on workforce planning, retention programs, and business structure.
- Works with the HR Director to implement new systems and processes in accordance with company policy.
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- CHRL is an asset
- 5+ years in a senior HR roles
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Must have excellent labour relations and unionized environment background
- MS-Office
