Job Description

Our client in Mississauga is looking for the immediate assistance of a Human Resources Manager to join their team. Reporting to the CFO, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. This a 4-day onsite hybrid opportunity.

The responsibilities of Human Resources Manager may include but are not limited to:

*Create and maintain job descriptions, post positions, prescreen and recruit for hourly and salary

*Prepare employment contracts for new hires

*Prepare internal promotions and employment contract changes

*Benefit Program Management

*Provide guidance and counselling to managers and employees

*Manage all WSIB claims, investigations and return to work plans and reporting

*Oversee and manage probations and performance reviews.

*First point of contact for group benefits provider

and WSIB

*Lead hand in comprehensive health and safety, employee policies, procedures and ensure Compliance Company wide

*Work collaboratively with Internal Managers
