Overview
Human Resources Manager
Jones Feed Mills Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager at head office in Linwood, Ontario. This position is responsible for processing payroll for 150 employees biweekly, administering group benefits and RRSP, recruitment of hourly and salaried staff members, and participating and mentoring management staff regarding employee relations issues.
The ideal candidate will possess post secondary education in Business/Human Resources Management or a related field in addition to five (5) plus years in Human Resources as a generalist. He or she will have working knowledge federal legislation such as the Canada Labour Code and the Pay Equity Act and the Employment Equity Act. Experience with Payworks or a similar payroll processing application will be necessary.
