Tollestrup Group Ltd. services both Tollestrup Construction Inc. & Tollcorp Restaurants and is based out of Lethbridge, Alberta. Tollestrup Construction Inc. has been operating within the construction industry since 1940. We mine and manufacture several different types of sand & rock products, providing concrete aggregates, asphalt related products such as road building, paving, road reclamation, profiling and concrete. Tollcorp Restaurants has been in the restaurant industry since 1988. We own and operate 21 Tim Hortons and 7 Wendy\'s across Alberta. Tollestrup Group Ltd. is currently looking for Human Resource Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long term career with an expanding company! This position will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resource department, which includes planning, managing, and coordination of company policies, full cycle recruitment, ensuring legal compliance, problem solving of employee issues and complaints, managing the TFWP, and conducting employee reviews & salary compensation. Required Qualifications:

• Must obtain previous management experience in Human Resources.
• A HR Degree or Diploma or related education is required OR equivalent experience.
• Must have an outgoing and friendly personality, but have the ability to have difficult conversations.
• Must understand and have knowledge of the Alberta Employment Standards Code.
• Must have the ability to learn new computer softwares and programs.
