Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and expertise in various HR systems and tools such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in driving process improvements, managing HRIS data, and supporting training & development programs to enhance overall employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities



Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective recruiting strategies utilizing ATS platforms like Taleo, Workday, or iCIMS. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Oversee HR program management including onboarding, training & development, and succession planning. Administer payroll processing using systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, or ADP while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct data analysis and collection to inform HR decision-making and process improvements. Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transitions smoothly. Supervise HR team members and coordinate with department managers on staffing needs and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR functions. Manage HRIS systems including Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian for data integrity and reporting. Develop presentations for leadership on HR metrics, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives. Oversee budgeting related to HR projects and initiatives while maintaining cost efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience in human resources management with strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, payroll administration, and program management. Demonstrated expertise in change management processes and HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Ceridian. Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in data analysis skills for workforce planning and process improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of HR sourcing strategies including interviewing techniques and talent acquisition best practices. Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent tools such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro. Knowledge of budgeting processes related to HR functions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.73-$52.37 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Langley, BC
