Leading the implementation and management of programs and strategies that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage our people while ensuring strategies are effective and aligned with organizational goals that help to build a culture that people are attracted to and want to stay in will be a top priority for the successful candidate.They will work closely with the organization's leaders to create strategic solutions for implementing improvement opportunities across the organization while working to actively support them to be more effective.
