Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Duties



Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including ESA and OSHA regulations. Manage employee relations by fostering a positive work environment. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Administer benefits programs and manage payroll processes using HRIS systems such as Ceridian Dayforce. Conduct data analysis for workforce planning and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives through strategic planning. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure effective change management practices are in place. Oversee the companys exposure and activity related to short term leaves, LTD, WSIB, and modified work programs.

Qualifications



5 - 10 years experience in an operational HR Managerial generalist role. with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, training, benefits and compensation, and conflict management. CHRP, CHRL or working towards. Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HRIS systems Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficient in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making processes.
