Stone Creek Resorts is an Alberta-based land and property developer and owner/operator of two premier golf resorts: Silvertip Resort in Canmore, AB, and Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, BC.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to work with us on a part-time basis to lead HR strategy and operations for our Calgary office and support our Canmore resort team. Reporting to the President & COO, this role will shape HR processes, drive organizational growth, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. The position is based in Calgary with occasional travel to Canmore required.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives; advise senior leadership on HR best practices.
Talent Management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs; promote diversity and inclusion.
Design competitive compensation and benefits programs; ensure compliance with Alberta employment laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury service.
Strong knowledge of Alberta employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to travel to Canmore as required.
