We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management and demonstrate expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and program management. This role will be pivotal in driving change management initiatives and enhancing our HR processes through effective data analysis and process improvement strategies.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
Manage talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent through effective sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques.
Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Develop and manage training & development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Conduct data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes related to workforce planning and budgeting.
Lead negotiations for employee contracts and benefits packages while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Present HR metrics and reports to senior management to drive strategic planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and program management.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Experience with change management processes and techniques.
Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills for effective decision-making.
Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR functions.
Supervisory experience with a track record of developing team members' skills.
Proficient in negotiation techniques for contract discussions.
