Who You Are:



+ Fluent in both English and Spanish.
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, particularly with documentation.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels and with local vendors.
+ Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to take initiative in a new cultural environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to local data protection laws.
+ A positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with an understanding of cultural sensitivity.
+ Must be eligible to work in Spain.

What You'll Do:



+ Support the onboarding process for new hires in Madrid, including preparing welcome packs and assisting with inductions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
+ Help maintain and update employee records and HR systems, adhering to Spanish data protection laws.
+ Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing letters, contracts (in Spanish where required), and other documentation specific to Spanish employment law.
+ Support the coordination of training and development initiatives for the Madrid team.
+ Assist with employee engagement activities and events, taking into account local cultural nuances.
+ Provide support in answering employee queries related to HR policies and procedures in Spain.
+ Gain exposure to performance management processes and documentation, understanding local legal requirements.
+ Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and Spanish employment context.
+ Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Madrid office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment that aligns with local practices.
