If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a Human Resources Administrator.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Administrator will support the HR team with reporting, communications, and overall organizational tasks.
As HR Administrator, you'll get to:
• Support the HR team with pulling and inputting data into Dayforce, the HRIS system
• Coordination between candidates and hiring manager to arrange interviews
• Support the HR team with onboarding new employees including; new hire equipment set up, office tour, first day message, resource binder, meeting space bookings, confirming attendees, etc
• Generate reports for data analyzing
• Send memos and regular communications on behalf of the HR team as advised
• Oversee invoices for HR expenses
• Ad hoc recruitment support including; resume screenings, job postings, contract creation, job offers, reference and background checks, updating recruitment boards.
What we're looking for:
• Educational background in Human Resources Management is considered an asset
• Previous experience working in an administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Exemplary understanding of and commitment to confidentiality
• A can-do attitude and are looking to grow their human resources knowledge
