Position Overview


As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes. This includes partnering with Team Leaders and the HR team, providing support by coordinating HR processes, maintaining accurate records, responding to employee and manager needs, and supporting the consistent application of HR practices.

This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They are organized, collaborative, and able to take initiative while balancing operational HR responsibilities with continuous improvement and HR strategy support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and exits Coordinate HR activities and processes to keep operations running efficiently and employees supported Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and compliance trackers Assist with employee requests, check-ins, and engagement initiatives to ensure timely and effective HR support Help managers implement HR processes and best practices in day-to-day operations Identify gaps or recurring issues in HR processes and provide feedback to improve the employee experience Support HSE and other compliance requirements by tracking, coordinating, and documenting necessary activities Contribute to maintaining HR resources, manuals, templates, and guides to provide clear guidance to employees and managers Provide support with tasks as assigned, ensuring all HR activities enhance employee experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on operational support Working towards CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation is an asset Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with ADP, SharePoint, or HRIS platforms is an asset. Compensation


The salary for this role is based on an average of 37.5 hours a week. The estimated range is between $65-$70K annually, depending on skills and experience.
