Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and compliance. Prior experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

Duties



Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes including recruiting, sourcing through platforms like iCIMS, Lever, and Oracle HCM. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions. Administer HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, and SAP SuccessFactors for data entry, maintenance, and reporting. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality, providing guidance and support to staff. Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Assist with payroll processing activities using systems like ADP or Kronos to ensure accurate compensation delivery. Support change management initiatives and project management efforts related to HR policies and system implementations. Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies through diligent data collection and record keeping. Utilize ATS tools like iCIMS or PeopleSoft for recruitment tracking and reporting purposes. Facilitate communication between management and staff regarding HR policies, benefits, and organizational changes.

Skills



Proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, or ADP. Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices. Experience with talent acquisition tools such as Salesforce ATS or iCIMS. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Effective communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability in change management and process improvement initiatives. Data collection and analysis skills for reporting HR metrics accurately. Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data entry, record keeping, and compliance documentation. Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Kronos is preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,922.74-$76,648.12 per year
