About the Role

We're looking for an Human Resource Generalist who thrives in full-cycle recruitment--from crafting compelling job postings to closing top candidates. You'll be the driving force behind our hiring efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that power our innovation.

Whether you're optimizing onboarding, launching culture-building initiatives, or advising on policy, you'll help shape a workplace where people do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)

Lead end-to-end recruitment Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies. Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
HR Operations (20%)

Administer onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy. Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Employee Relations & Engagement (20%)

Working with HRBP to support performance management and employee development initiatives. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs. Assist with the company newsletter and townhall document creation. Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications: ??

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruiting. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred. Strong knowledge of Canadian and US employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation package:

$65,000 - $80,000 CAD per year Fully remote working opportunity Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, including a Health Spending Account. Matching RRSP program. Generous time-off program including vacation, wellness days, plus the week off between Christmas and New Year's.
