Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, escalations, and conflict resolution.
Conduct fair and thorough HR investigations and recommend resolutions.
Oversee management requests for employee removal/replacement and ensure compliance with company policy and legislation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Guide managers on performance management and development practices.
Regularly review, update, and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
Provide general HR support across recruitment, onboarding, and training as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience (security or service industry experience an asset).
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, investigation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
Experience with ADP WFN (an asset)
CHRP designation (completed or in progress) preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
