Youth Impact Jeunesse is seeking an experienced, motivated, and adaptable individual to support both Human Resources and Training functions within the organization. This role combines core HR administrative responsibilities while providing support to the Training Coordinator's activities.
The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented professional who has the education, knowledge, and experience related to core HR responsibilities such as hiring, orientation and onboarding, employee records, and HR support. The candidate should have experience applying instructional techniques, with strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with others, demonstrating sound judgment, adaptability, and effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes.

Youth Impact Jeunesse is an accredited and charitable organization that has distinguished itself as a leader in the delivery of residential and community outreach services for youth. With more than 300 dedicated staff, the agency strives to make a positive difference in the lives of youth and their families by providing support and teaching them the skills needed to succeed. Currently, Youth Impact Jeunesse operates thirteen residential and two respite care facilities in seven different communities across New Brunswick. It also offers six community outreach programs within the Greater Moncton area.
Job Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to)
Human Resources Specific
Support the recruitment process, including posting job opportunities, screening applicants, scheduling and participating in interviews, conducting reference checks, extend job offers and ensure all background checks are completed.
Provide HR administrative support such as maintaining accurate employee training and HR records and personnel files, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) through inputting new employees, assigning online training, and ensuring compliance with system requirements.
Coordinate student placements.
Completing any reports that are requested in a timely manner.
Training Support and Delivery Specific
Assist in developing and delivering select training curriculum, including internal and external elective and mandatory trainings, in ways that effectively prepare employees for success in their roles.
Support the Training Coordinator with scheduling and coordination of training activities.
Skills and Experience
Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred and considered a strong asset.
Minimum two years experience in Human Resources, training delivery, or a related administrative role.
Knowledge of HR processes, employee onboarding, and record keeping.
Strong and effective presentation, teaching, and mentoring skills in group settings.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS office and related HR data collection and communications tools.
Strong time management and planning skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience working in youth care is an asset.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
Educational Requirements
Two-year college Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is a strong asset.

Salary
