REDI Enterprises is seeking a

Human Resources Generalist

to fill a

permanent, fulltime position

. The HR Generalist will provide transactional and strategic support to the HR Manager and employees throughout the Agency, with the goal of legal compliance, improved employee experience, and continuous improvement of human resource processes, practices, and programs. With a people-first mindset, you will:

Conduct employee benefit administration, including registration, termination, updates and transfers, and audits Administer disability management program and employee leave of absences from initiation to completion, complying with policy, protocols, and applicable legislation Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, ensuring all terminations are conducted in compliance with employment standards and internal policies Support the HR Manager with employee relations, workplace investigations, and departmental coverage, ect.

Job Requirements:



Minimum two years post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum two to five years of progressive human resources experience

CPHR designation or working towards designation, preferred

Knowledge and experience with HRIS systems

Ability to act with integrity and deal with and respond to confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional manner

Excellent organization and time management skills

Proficient computer and database skills

Clean criminal and vulnerable sector record or one acceptable to the Executive Director

A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
