About the Position

Support all internal and external HR related matters, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and maintaining agendas. Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation. Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity. Maintain employee personnel records. Develop and maintain talent management processes. Providing assistance with Health and Safety-related matters, including checks on first aid kits, MSDS sheets, and other items. Completing data entry related to staff performance as well as production tracking measures regarding quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or College Degree in Human Resources or related (Mandatory). 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (Preferred).

Salary

: From $40,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Experience:

Human resources management: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
