We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist--a strategic leader who will drive three progressive, high-impact people strategies while ensuring seamless execution of foundational HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in balancing long-term cultural initiatives with essential HR responsibilities such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
The Role:
This position goes beyond traditional HR--it is about cultivating a high-performance workforce while ensuring that core HR functions are executed with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead transformational people strategies while managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
People & Culture Strategy
Design and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and development. Implement personalized learning paths, mentorship programs, and AI-driven career development strategies to ensure employees reach their full potential.
Develop AI-driven career development strategies, mentorship programs, and personalized learning paths.
Spearhead initiatives that foster engagement, well-being, and belonging through data-driven insights, and cutting-edge wellness programs.
Utilize people analytics to drive decision-making, improve employee satisfaction, and optimize team performance.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that HR drives business objectives and fosters a high-performance culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee payroll processing, benefits management, and compensation programs, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Maintain and update HR policies in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement processes.
Lead the hiring, onboarding, termination, and employee lifecycle management processes.
Leverage HR technology to automate processes and improve efficiency.
HR Technology & Innovation
Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Implement digital HR solutions to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens.
Employee Recognition & Engagement
Administer Bonusly rewards and manage employee recognition programs.
Coordinate employee milestone celebrations, birthdays, and workplace appreciation initiatives.
Onboarding & Talent Management
Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Maintain accurate employee records and agreements in HR management systems.
Workplace Environment & Events
Maintain a visually appealing and organized workplace.
Plan and coordinate special events such as seasonal celebrations and team-building activities.
Compliance & Document Management
Ensure workplace safety and adherence to legal and regulatory compliance.
Maintain and optimize digital HR record-keeping systems, ensuring seamless data management.
What We're Looking For
:
A forward-thinking HR leader with a passion for innovation, culture-building, and operational excellence.
3 to 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Strong ability to balance culture-enhancing initiatives with HR operations and compliance requirements.
A strategic mindset with the ability to partner with leadership and align HR with business growth objectives.
Experience in HR technology, AI-driven talent management, and workplace digital transformation is an asset.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or preventive medicine is an asset.
