What You'll Do
You'll report to the National Human Resources Manager, and your responsibilities will include:
Supporting leaders across Canada with recruitment--from job postings to offers
Administering long-term disability, WSIB/WCB, and provincial occupational injury claims
Overseeing quarterly HR metrics and reporting
Managing service award programs and employee documentation (e.g. employment letters)
Promoting safety culture through reporting and program support
Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers
Setting up new hires and ensuring onboarding runs smoothly
Maintaining confidentiality and consistency in all HR processes
What You'll Bring
3-4 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education/experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required)
Familiarity with ADP systems is a strong asset
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels
A high level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel occasionally to Eastern and Atlantic branches
