We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and training & development. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with HR technology platforms. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and iCIMS to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Support talent acquisition processes including sourcing candidates via ATS platforms, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and maintaining positive communication channels.
Coordinate recruitment efforts through HR sourcing strategies and assist with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Oversee payroll processes utilizing systems like ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Assist in training & development initiatives by organizing sessions and tracking participation through HR systems.
Support change management projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new HR policies or system updates.
Collect and analyze HR data for reporting purposes to support decision-making processes.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide administrative support related to human resources functions such as data collection, record keeping, and documentation.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or coordination roles.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms including Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
Knowledge of payroll systems like ADP or Kronos is advantageous.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels.
Background in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee relations, or training & development is highly desirable.
Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data entry and record keeping is a plus.
