We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities
Oversee employee on boarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Administer employee evaluations, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs.
Support change management initiatives and assist with organizational design projects.
Facilitate employee relations efforts by addressing concerns promptly and managing conflict resolution processes.
Contribute to affirmative action planning, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
Support HR sourcing activities through social media management and other recruiting channels.
Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, policies, and employment records while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
Organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts, benefits documentation, and compliance records.
