HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Stark & Marsh (Swift Current) is seeking an
HR Coordinator
to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in supporting our people-focused initiatives.
This is a permanent on-site position located in our Swift Current office. Some travel is required to support our other offices from time to time.
What You'll Do:
Working closely with the Manager of Talent Development & Operational Performance, this role contributes to a positive employee experience by assisting in learning and development programs, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations. Some duties are:
Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs for staff.
Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Participate in onboarding activities and ensure new employees experience a seamless introduction to the firm.
Provide administrative support for the performance management process, including tracking documentation and timelines.
Maintain HR files, databases, and tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, forms, and materials to support HR initiatives and employee communications.
Respond to general HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with internal engagement activities, HR committee initiatives, and firm-wide events.
Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance operational performance across HR functions.

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or LMS tools is beneficial.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and integrity.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting people and organizational success.
