Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Reporting to: Human Resources Manager

:

Plays a key supporting role within the Human Resources Team, assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, Human Resources documentation, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.

The role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow in the Human Resources field and contribute to a positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, and interview scheduling Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, organizing orientations and ensuring a smooth new-hire experience Maintain candidate and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality Human Resources Administration and Data Management Update and maintain employee information in Human Resources systems and personnel files Assist in preparing Human Resources related reports and tracking metrics (attendance, turnover, training, etc.) Help ensure compliance with internal policies, and provincial employment standards Employee Relations and Support Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and procedures Support the Human Resources team with documentation for leaves of absence, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events Training and Development Support Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records Track employee certifications and support learning initiatives Human Resources Projects and Continuous Improvement Assist with the implementation of Human Resources initiatives, programs, and process improvements Participate in Human Resources audits and documentation reviews as required Provide administrative support for Human Resources communications and recognition programs
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, administration or related discipline Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-service mindset Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Planner, etc.) Fluently bilingual (English & French) Knowledge of employment/labor standards and Human Resources best practices Experience with ADP Workforce Now Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
Objective:

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources Team in creating a positive and compliant work environment. By managing key administrative tasks and assisting with Human Resources programs, this role contributes to employee engagement, operational efficiency, and the overall success of Promark Electronics.

Description du poste:

Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) en ressources humaines joue un role cle de soutien au sein de l'equipe des ressources humaines, en participant aux activites quotidiennes du service, notamment la coordination du recrutement, l'integration des nouveaux employes, la gestion de la documentation RH, l'administration des avantages sociaux et le suivi de la conformite. Ce poste s'adresse a une personne motivee souhaitant evoluer dans le domaine des ressources humaines et contribuer a une experience employe positive, tout en veillant a la fluidite et a l'efficacite des processus RH.

Responsabilites

Recrutement et integration Coordonner les affichages de postes, les communications avec les candidats et la planification des entrevues. Soutenir le processus d'integration en preparant la documentation, en organisant les seances d'accueil et en assurant une experience d'embauche harmonieuse. Maintenir a jour les dossiers des candidats et des employes avec exactitude et confidentialite. Administration des ressources humaines et gestion des donnees Mettre a jour et maintenir les informations des employes dans les systemes et dossiers RH. Aider a la preparation de rapports et au suivi d'indicateurs RH (presence, roulement, formation, etc.). Veiller au respect des politiques internes et des normes d'emploi provinciales. Relations avec les employes et soutien Agir comme premier point de contact pour les questions des employes concernant les politiques, avantages et procedures. Appuyer l'equipe RH dans la preparation de la documentation relative aux conges, mesures disciplinaires et autres dossiers lies aux relations de travail. Contribuer aux initiatives d'engagement des employes et aux evenements d'entreprise. Formation et developpement Aider a la coordination des formations et au maintien des registres de formation. Suivre les certifications des employes et soutenir les initiatives de developpement. Projets RH et amelioration continue Participer a la mise en oeuvre d'initiatives, de programmes et d'ameliorations de processus RH. Participer aux audits RH et a la revision de la documentation au besoin. Offrir un soutien administratif pour les communications et programmes de reconnaissance RH.
Qualifications

1 a 3 ans d'experience en ressources humaines, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe. Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou baccalaureat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente). Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec souci du detail. Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec un esprit axe sur le service. Maitrise de Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Planner, etc.). Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) requis. Connaissance des normes du travail et des meilleures pratiques en gestion des ressources humaines. Experience avec ADP Workforce Now. Experience en milieu manufacturier, un atout.

Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) en ressources humaines soutient l'equipe RH dans la creation d'un environnement de travail positif et conforme aux exigences legales. En gerant les taches administratives cles et en appuyant divers programmes RH, la personne contribue a l'engagement des employes, a l'efficacite operationnelle et au succes global de Promark Electronics.
