Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is integral to supporting our Human Resources department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
