Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay:
Dependent on experience
Position Description:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
Lead and execute the career celebration program.
Support the health and safety and employee recognition programs.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Create a positive employee experience by supporting employee inquiries and promoting a supportive culture.
Act as an administrator for the HRIS, and other platforms used by the department.
Qualifications:
Education and experience:
+ Post secondary education with emphasis in human resources management.
+ 1-2 years administrative experience.
+ Previous experience in a Human Resources Department would be an asset.
+ Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
