We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented
Human Resources Coordinator
to join our team for an
18-month maternity leave coverage
. This role is all about supporting our people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
Coordinate onboarding for new hires and make sure everything is ready for their first day.
Organize training and certifications for employees and keep records up to date.
Manage drug and alcohol testing and other project compliance requirements.
Maintain employee data in our HR systems and help improve processes.
Support performance management, training, and development programs.
Jump in on projects and help where needed--teamwork is key here!
What We're Looking For
Experience with UKG, WorkHub and M365 products, especially Excel and SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Previous HR education and/or experience is an asset, but we value initiative and a willingness to learn.
