Job Description


alent Acquisition and HR Coordinator, you\'ll play a central role in our international HR department. We\'re seeking a proactive, tech-savvy team player to support our recruitment efforts and manage HR projects.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting and produce HR and Talent Acquisition reports.
  • Post job listings, manage job descriptions, and coordinate digital recruitment.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with applicants, and assist in onboarding.
  • Support HR projects (recognition program, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellness, etc.) and generate HR performance reports

Requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years of combined experience as a Talent Acquisition and H.R Coordinator
  • Degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • Technical proficiency, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Proactive and organized with strong time management.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Given the daily interactions required with colleagues and/or clients who are mainly located outside Quebec, this role requires fluency in English as well as French.
